When the Gradle Wrapper version was bumped in https://github.com/Samourai-Wallet/samourai-wallet-android/commit/b19790e647d63b051defab7ca65f9af236e69c82 the surrounding files weren't updated alongside it. This updates those files.

I have updated the distribution we pull down to just the binaries and not also the documentation and source.

I have removed what look like leftover Gradle Wrapper files from when the project was structured different.
This is based on the in-development 0.99.95 branch.
