Add chart displaying #utxos created by tx0s

Update of install scripts + doc

Added new metrics and charts

- score <txid_tx0> => returns new metrics for a given tx0 (#outputs, #counterparties, #counterparties heterogeneity ratio)
- plot tx0 ht => plots a scatterplot displaying the heteogeneity ratio of the tx0s
- plot tx0 hrout => plot a scatterplot displaying heteogeneity ratio vs #mixed outputs for the tx0s
- plot tx0 hrdist => plot a histogram displaying the distribution of tx0s per heterogeneity ratio

score command uses the txid prefix for its search (compression of snapshots will be done in a future version)

Replaced full txids by txid prefixes

Removed unnecessary step.

Updated Manual Installation

Added:
git clone

add definitions for backward & forward looking anonymity sets

(support of log scale for y-axis, made it dark + a few others goodies)

(description, utilisation, etc)

(transformed the script into a class and moved it to /services directory)
