Bridge Utils fix

likewhoa requested to merge likewhoa/RoninDojo:force-pkg-upgrade-func into development

This fix introduces an update.sh script that run during ronin startup which can be used in the future when similar fixes need to be implemented on the OS. This needs to be tested on a fresh install that already has broken bridge-utils-1.6.x.
