add new configuration property BITCOIND_LISTEN_MODE

add a new configuration property BITCOIND_LISTEN_MODE to docker-bitcoind.conf allowing to switch the listening mode of the full node

when deactivated, the full node doesn't accept incoming connections and no tor hidden service is generated for the full node
